DAY 1: HANOI – TRANG AN - MUA CAVE [L]
The tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and head towards Ninh Binh, with a short stop along the way to rest. Upon arrival at Trang An Wharf, you’ll embark on an unforgettable boat ride on a sampan, gliding through caves and along a scenic river framed by limestone karsts and lush biodiversity. Afterward, enjoy a buffet lunch featuring a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes.
In the afternoon, continue to Mua Cave, passing through picturesque rice fields dotted with buffaloes and goats. Climb to the top of the mountain to explore the cave’s beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, and be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views over the valley.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
DAY 2: CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK – MAI CHAU [B/L/D]
After breakfast, depart for Cuc Phuong National Park. At 9:00 AM, visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center to learn about rare and protected species. Then, begin a 7-kilometer trek through the ancient forest to see a 1,000-year-old tree and experience the untouched beauty of Vietnam’s oldest national park. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the forest after the trek.
In the afternoon, continue the journey to Mai Chau and check in at the Hideaway Resort. Dinner will be served at the resort, followed by time to relax and unwind.
Overnight in Mai Chau.
DAY 3 : MAI CHAU - HA NOI [B/L]
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading out for a peaceful kayaking experience on Hoa Binh Lake, located near the resort. The water is beautifully clear with a jade-like hue — a must-try activity during your stay at Mai Chau Hideaway. After kayaking, have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, return to Hanoi, marking the end of the trip.
